General
The trainings are organized according to the age and "the belt" three times a week; they are a combination of fitness, therapeuthical and gymnastical exercises, and similar activities. The emphasis is on the training with the young, but there are also trainings especially adapted for older members to help them achieve the psychophysical stability through various energy, meditation and other anti-stress programmes.
There are two types of trainings, theoretical and practical. The young are trained as the Nanbudo founder defined; they are trained both physically and mentally with regards to each child's ability and need, in a friendly and tolerant atmosphere, without the stress of competition. After a certain period of time the young members choose their own way - the method of training, which then results in higher self-esteem, and better physical fitness.
